Meet Cara
I’m a Florida native and a New Orleans girl rolled into one. Born in Florida, I grew up in New Orleans, spent summers in Clearwater, and even lived in Pensacola and Apopka, Florida, before returning to New Orleans.
I’m a mom of two (23 and 16) and a bonus mom of an adorable 6-year-old, and fur momma to Jax and Pixie. I’m a travel planner with Magical Destinations Travel and love helping others plan their dream vacations. I’m also starting back to school in fall 2025 to finish my lifelong dream of becoming an elementary school teacher (yes, at 48).
When I’m not in school or planning trips, you can find me binge-watching cult documentaries, watching TikTok, and dreaming about trips to Walt Disney World.
